These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BOUTLOOK platform, including the website at boutlook.com, the mobile applications, and the web application at app.boutlook.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Adminisport ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization (such as a commission or regulatory body), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

BOUTLOOK is a platform designed for combat sports commissions to manage events, bout cards, official assignments, scoring, licensing, suspensions, notifications, and related operational functions. The Service is provided on a subscription basis to authorized commissions and their designated personnel.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, documentation, and branding, is the property of Adminisport and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

8. Fees and Payment

Access to the Service may require payment of subscription fees as outlined in your service agreement. Fees are billed in accordance with the terms of your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adminisport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adminisport, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms by providing written notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Adminisport is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
